.- Ensure that the manufactured parts (by welding and machining) meet the manufacturing and design criteria specified by engineering 2.- Ensure that the documents received by BGM and deliverable to the client comply with the applicable standards and specifications, as well as the preparation of the required quality compliance documents
Main Activity• Visual inspection of the general conditions of the manufacturing when received at the plant.• Dimensional inspection of the materials received according to the applicable drawings defined by the engineering area (bases, stools, columns, heads, etc.)• Preparation and distribution of non-conforming product and rejection reports.• Control and disposition of accepted, non-conforming and rejected materials after dimensional inspection
Additional Activity• Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the state of reception of the material.• Inspection, validation and control of quality compliance documents (CMTR, reports, etc.) in accordance with applicable specifications and standards• Preparation and control of quality compliance documents (ITP, reports, certificates of conformity, etc.) in accordance with the scope of the projects• Preparation, distribution and control of non-conforming product and rejection reports.• Control and organization of photographic and documentary evidence of the manufacturing process of the different projectsResponsibilities • Clean, organize and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during your work day, leaving a clean work area according to the order and cleanliness standard (6S)• Carry out one security observation per month and propose an action to improve or solve the observation.• Take care of your safety and that of your colleagues when carrying out safe maneuvers with equipment of any size.• At all times, follow up on your assigned workload and report any questions/anomalies/discrepancies to your immediate supervisor.• Is responsible for physically carrying the pump from its assembly area to the testing area, maintaining order at all times.
EDUCATION: Industrial engineering or related , Recent graduate with knowledge in metrology, drawing, and core tools
