The position assumes responsibility for the following activities:
receiving, classifying, organizing, arranging and storing, dispatching and controlling products and documentation related to these transactions in the operations warehouse.
• Receive products into the warehouse following the established procedure.
• Process shipments, including the corresponding administrative and operational processes: pack according to specifications (pumps or parts), document the process with before-and-after photos, file in the project folder, and issue the delivery note.
• Assemble manufacturing orders according to customer needs, using the correct equipment (Cardan Joint Devices).
• Report the supply requirements of the shipping department.
• Record warehouse movements in the corresponding management system (Jakarta) to ensure that the physical inventory matches the system records.
• Label, classify, and organize the correct storage of products within the warehouse to ensure efficient, secure, and agile storage.
• Comply with product delivery standards to external and internal clients, ensuring that packaging meets the quality parameters defined by the company.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Attend all required safety training and participate in the weekly 5-minute safety meetings.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses, and suggest ways to improve safety.
• Comply with safety standards and ESH&S procedures at ITT facilities, clients, and suppliers.
• Manage and efficiently use the tools provided by the company, ensuring their correct and safe use.
• Take care of and ensure the proper use of lifting equipment during operation and subsequent storage.
• Conduct inventory counts according to the established methodology.
• Identify the sector's improvement needs and implement them with the Supervisor and ESH&S
• Verifiable experience in warehouse operations within the industrial sector (minimum 5 years)
• Basic knowledge of production control systems (ERP).
• Experience working in companies certified to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 will be considered an asset.
• Professional driver's license (preferred)
