Carry out assembly and disassembly of centrifugal pumps (Horizontal, vertical and multistage) with availability for field assistance and perform hydrostatic tests with support in hydraulic tests, ensure the operability of electrical and mechanical systems, maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
Carry out disassembly and assembly of equipment, according to the company's procedures and quality standards.
Perform hydrostatic tests and support on test benches.
Carry out photographic control at the disassembly and assembly stage.
Carry out metrological control
Keep corresponding records of the measurements obtained in the stages of disassembly and assembly of the equipment.
Carry out equipment packaging (pump-motor alignment, drilling and thread manufacturing)
Perform recoveries of parts, components and pumps
Carry out painting and washing activities of components
Overhead crane and forklift operation within the facilities
Carry out electrical and mechanical locks on the equipment before the intervention, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
In charge in the workshop of making all electrical locks in the installation.
Reading and interpretation of electrical plans for the correct execution of tasks.
Collaborate in the diagnosis of mechanical and electrical failures, proposing quick and efficient solutions.
Support in the control and monitoring of electrical and mechanical parameters in pump operation tests.
Graduated as an electromechanical, electrical or industrial technician or engineer, preferably with electrical studies.
Good interpersonal relationships
Ability to work in a team
Sense of orientation towards safety and compliance with regulations.
Proactivity and willingness to continually learn, minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repairs of electromechanical equipment, preferably in centrifugal pumps or similar.
Experience in working with electrical panels and control systems.
