Perform Technical and Commercial Proposals engineered to customers; collect site and customer data, as well as your initial follow-up; Support the Sales activity and Purchase Order Framing; They support the Service and Technical Assistance department.
Support lower-level Estimators.
They perform Intercompany support in cases of International quotes received from other ITT units.
Assist the customer when receiving the quotation request documentation, analyze and clarify preliminary questions to the preparation of the proposal, as well as identify the type of Proposal to be presented – “Estimate” or “Purchase”);
Conduct Technical and Commercial consultations with sub-suppliers (mechanical seals, couplings, electric motors and other accessories), with a view to preparing Proposals;
Analyze sub-suppliers' Proposals in accordance with the requirements presented by customers in quotation requests;
Prepare Technical and Commercial Proposals, including for special equipment (Engineers);
Monitor Technical and Commercial Proposals sent to customers; assist the purchasing department in negotiating price and delivery time with sub-suppliers in order to make business viable;
Prepare estimates of equipment delivery times with the PCP / Engineering (manufacturing schedule);
Clarifying Technical (Clarification Schedule) and/or Commercial doubts regarding the Proposals presented to clients;
Time of experience in accordance with current legislation or Standard. Knowledge in engineered Technical and Commercial Proposals, customer service, familiarity with intercompany processes, support sales activities, service and technical assistance, familiarity with selection and sizing of pumps. Desirable English
EDUCATION: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
